WHERE WE DELIVER TO
We deliver to all countries. Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. If you place an order to ship to a PO Box we will need to obtain an alternative address from you which may cause delay in posting your item.
WHO WILL DELIVER YOUR GOODS
We use DHL Express for all worldwide orders and Australia Post for shipments to Australia.
Orders for Australia take 2 business days from shipping date depending on location. International orders take between 2-5 business days from shipping date. Your shipment may be delayed by the Customs authority in your country, Please be aware that this is beyond our control.
You will receive an email confirming your order. Your order will be shipped within 24 hours. If for any reason your items purchased are sold out, we will notify you by email as soon as possible and you will receive an immediate refund.
An email will be sent with your consignment number which allows you to track your item. If after tracking your item via the carrier’s website and have waited the full 5 business days from the shipment notification and still have concerns on the whereabouts of your item, please emails us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, contact number and invoice number.
Jewellery items are packaged in a dark grey AVGVS fabric pouch and then placed inside a dark grey AVGVS embossed gift box. Wallets are also packaged in grey fabric pouches and gift boxes. Other small leather goods and all bags are packaged in grey fabric dustbags, and then placed in boxes appropriate for shipping. Scarves are packaged in dark grey AVGVS embossed gift envelopes for scarves, and then placed in appropriate packaging for shipping. All external boxes used for shipping are unbranded and are simple brown cardboard boxes or black shrink-wrapped boxes, the safest option to ensure parcels do not attract any unwanted attention.

AVGVS insures every item we ship for the time during which it is in transit. Once goods are delivered and signed for, the responsibility passes to the purchaser. In the case that the specified recipient is someone other than yourself (for example, if the item is a gift) once it has been signed for by the specified recipient, the responsibility transfers to you in the same way.
TAXES & DUTIES
Orders to countries outside Australia may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, which are applied when your package reaches your country. Your order is shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid basis (DDU). We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
